Sinotruck Howo 6000L Fresh Milk Transport Vehicles     

The fresh milk transport vehicle is a special transport vehicle designed for liquid dairy products (such as fresh milk, yogurt base, pasteurized milk, etc.). Its core function is to realize the safe transfer of fresh milk in a constant temperature environment throughout the whole process, ensuring the quality and freshness of the entire chain from pastures to processing plants and distribution centers.

The main body of the tank is made of food - grade stainless steel. The exterior of the tank is wrapped with a high - density polyurethane insulation layer (usually 80 - 150mm thick), and the outer layer is covered with anti - rust steel plates, forming a three - layer structure of "stainless steel inner tank + insulation layer + protective outer shell". This ensures the stability of the low - temperature environment (the temperature difference can be controlled within 3ºC in 24 hours under normal temperature).

2.  Liner:3.0 mm SUS304-2B food-grade stainless steel. CNC-automated panel welding with polished seams. Roll-formed elliptical cylinder. TIG welding throughout.

3. Inner Heads:3.0 mm SUS304-2B food-grade stainless steel. CNC-automated panel welding with polished seams. Roll-formed elliptical cylinder. TIG welding throughout.

4. Baffles/Anti-surge Plates:
3.5 mm stainless steel dished baffles. Full TIG-welded to liner with arc-shaped reinforcement rings for smooth transitions. All edges deburred; flanged holes for structural strength.

5. Skeleton/Reinforcement Ribs:
Welded skeleton frame and reinforcement ribs at optimized intervals for enhanced load-bearing capacity and cladding support.

6. Insulation Layer:
