Precautions and Operation Instructions for Aluminum Alloy Oil Tankers
I. Precautions before Use
(1) Check whether the static conductive drag belt at the rear of the vehicle is grounded and whether the status of each device is normal.
(2) Insert the lightning rod into the wet ground to prevent static electricity from causing a fire.
(3) Check whether the clutch operating handle, the power take-off operating handle or the control valve switch is in the correct position, whether the throttle is fully closed, and whether the handles of each ball valve are in the correct position.
(4) Check the lubricating oil level in the pump . Add gear oil if it is insufficient.
(5) When there is no liquid in the pump, guide liquid should be added to the pump in advance. When the new vehicle is used for the first time, it is necessary to add guide liquid to the pump to prevent damage to the pump body due to dry operation without liquid.
(6) Check whether the loading and unloading pipelines, unloading valves and transmission pipes are empty and clean, and ensure that all pipelines are suitable for loading and unloading medium items.
(7) If the liquid needs to be pumped out, the rotating equipment should be kept away from the trailer to prevent entanglement. When the liquid is exhausted, the pump should be stopped in time and then the valve should be closed.
(8) In case of emergency, the emergency control valve should be closed in time for shutdown.
(9) If the pump is used for feeding or feeding through the manhole on the top of the tank, a special person should monitor the liquid level in the tank at the manhole on the top of the tank to prevent the material from overflowing and ensure that there is expansion space in the tank.
(10) Before loading and unloading materials, the parking brake must be applied and the wheels must be fixed with triangular wooden blocks.
II. Operation Instructions
(1) For all one-way valves, the handle is open when it is in the direction of the pipeline, and closed when it is at 90 degrees to the pipeline.
(2) When working, the working valve must be opened first before the power take-off can be engaged.
(3) After work, the power take-off must be closed first, and then the working valve must be closed.
(4) When the temperature is below zero degrees Celsius, the discharge plug at the bottom of the oil pump must be opened to drain the residual liquid to avoid freezing and damaging the pump body.
(5) To engage or disengage the power take-off, it should be done at idle speed when the air pressure gauge reaches 6 (units should be specified, assuming it's 6 bar).
(6) When loading and unloading materials with the pump, the upper tank opening cover should be opened.
